This BOF is devoted to advanced configurations of the Zero Touch Installation component of the Microsoft Solution Accelerator for Business Desktop Deployment (BDD) 2007 and the SMS 2003 OS Deployment Feature Pack (OSD). Topics for discussion will include rule configuration, advanced application deployment techniques, image selection, driver injection, dynamic SQL Server queries, and troubleshooting techniques, as well as futures being considered for the next version of BDD.

Microsoft uses Operations Manager to monitor roughly twelve thousand servers, all of their Windows based infrastructure, and several line of business application. Microsoft’s implementation in integrated with Active Directory, SMS, and many other internal tools. This session will be all about the real world nuts and bolts of deploying Operations Manager 2007 in an Enterprise Environment.
